参加票の配付方法について（第78回年次大会（2023年）より）How to download your meeting badge

対面形式による現地開催の際、従来は名刺サイズの参加票を郵送しておりましたが、今後は、参加票・領収書発行ページ（大会個人ページ）より各自で参加票をダウンロード、印刷して会場へご持参ください。

※参加票・領収書発行ページ（大会個人ページ）について、個別にメールでURLと認証情報をご案内します。
（早期参加登録者（免除者含む）は 9月初旬（9月開催）または 3月初旬（3月開催）に、期日後参加登録者は参加登録後に随時ご案内します。）

※ダウンロードした参加票はA4サイズで印刷し四つ折り（A6サイズ）にしてください。カラー・モノクロは問いません。

参加票は郵送しませんのでご了承ください。

参加票を入れるホルダーは現地で配布します。
（配布場所は、講演会場となる各建物の正面入り口付近を予定。）

※ホルダー上部に３か所穴がありますのでお持ちのストラップを使用することが可能です。
※ホルダーは次回以降もご持参いただき、再利用にご協力ください。

大会会場内では必ず氏名・所属を記入した参加票を着装ください。参加票のない方は講演会場への入室をお断り致します。
参加票を忘れた・紛失した場合は、ご自身で再度印刷して頂くか、大会本部へお越しの上、再発行手続きを行ってください。再発行手続きは混雑状況により時間がかかる場合がありますのでご了承ください。

受付は行いませんので、大会本部にお立ち寄り頂く必要はありません。参加票をお持ちの方は直接講演会場へお進みください。

Please print out your meeting badge in advance and bring it with you to the venue on the day of the meeting.
Meeting badge holders will be distributed at the venue.

※The URL and your password for the meeting badge download page will be emailed to each attendee. Please note that the badge will not be mailed.

　Please print your downloaded meeting badge in A4 size and fold it into quarters (A6 size). Color or black&white printing is acceptable.

　Holders have 3 holes on the top so you can use your own lanyard.

Please wear your meeting badge with your name and affiliation clearly visible while inside the venue.
Attendees without badges will not be allowed to enter the presentation rooms.

If you lose or forget your meeting badge, please either reprint it yourself or visit the Meeting Headquarter. Please note that the reissuance process may take some time due to high demand.

If you have your meeting badge, there is no need to stop by the Meeting Headquarter.
